Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Ascend plans and payments. By purchasing a plan, you agree to the terms outlined below.

01.Lifetime Plan Refund Window

Lifetime plan purchases are eligible for a full refund if the request is made within 7 days of the original payment date.

To request a Lifetime refund, email us at support@ubiquedigitals.com from the email address associated with your Ascend account. Include your registered email and the approximate payment date. We aim to process approved refunds within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Refund requests received after the 7-day window are not eligible for a refund unless required by applicable law.

02.Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Advanced subscription at any time from your account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access to paid features until that date.

We do not issue pro-rated refunds for unused time on monthly or yearly subscriptions. Once cancelled, your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the billing period.

03.How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@ubiquedigitals.com with the following details:

  • The email address registered on your Ascend account
  • The plan you purchased (Lifetime / Advanced Yearly / Advanced Monthly)
  • The approximate date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

We review every request and respond within 2 business days.

04.Exceptions & Limitations

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • Requests made outside the applicable refund window
  • Accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions
  • Requests for refunds on promotional or discounted purchases where the terms explicitly state no refunds

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive.

05.Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
