Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, complete information about your business and to keep it up to date.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose. You may not (a) issue invoices for goods or services that violate applicable law, (b) attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Service, (c) use the Service to send spam or impersonate any person or entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Ascend offers a Free plan with usage limits and an Advanced plan billed annually in advance. By subscribing to the Advanced plan, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the applicable yearly fee to your selected payment method.

Subscriptions renew automatically on each anniversary unless cancelled before the renewal date through your account settings. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice prior to renewal.

All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel an Advanced subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period; we will not issue pro-rated refunds for unused time.

You retain full ownership of all business, customer, product, and invoice data you upload to or generate using the Service ("Your Data"). We claim no intellectual property rights over Your Data.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Data solely as necessary to operate the Service for you. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Data, including the tax information on invoices you issue.

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or factors beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ascend and Ubique Digitals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ubique Digitals from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) Your Data, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

You may terminate your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; certain provisions (ownership, liability, indemnification) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
